*For Dog Training, after Registering and creating your Profiles, then we will call you to set up your first training session. Please call us if you have any questions prior to Registering and creating Profiles.
*For all other Services, please Register and create your Profiles, then we will call you to set up a Free Consultation and Evaluation.
VIP Pet Services always wants the scheduling process to be as easy as possible, so below are instructions for our Existing Clients to schedule pet visits.
(For New Customers you must click on the New Client Registration button and create your Profiles).
Click My Schedule
Click Blue +Request Service button
Select Single Visit, *Ongoing or *Multiple Days
(*FYI: if you prefer ONGOING OR MULTIPLE DAYS Services, we suggest you call the office and allow our trained staff to input those Services online for you.)
Submit: This is the button to submit your schedule request. After clicking request, it will place your visit on your “My Schedule page”. You will receive notification email of your booking. All email notifications are set to go out at 6pm daily. If you need a visit in the same day enter visit in system and follow up with call to 704-875-8341.
VIP Pet Services Policies
Reserving a Booking & Profiles
Clients must use the online system to book their visits. We also require that you make sure pet profiles are up to date and complete. The information in the system is what we rely on for the most up to date care instructions for your pet(s).
We require 24 hours notice to book Dog Walking Services during the weekdays. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice, a $5.00 “Last Minute Booking Fee” per Service will be Charged.
Two (2) copies of keys are required. If client does not provide two (2) keys then we will make a copy and a $5.00 “Key Copy” fee will Charged.
In order to best service you, our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Dog Training, Walking, Hiking and PlaySKOOL Services require 24 hours notice to Cancel and must be done on our online system or by phone. If 24 hours is not provided, then we will Charge the full price of the original Service.
We require a Credit Card to be on file in our online system. Invoices for all Services are Charged every Monday for all Services for that calendar week, (Monday-Friday) only.
An additional $5.00 “Holiday Fee” will be Charged per Service the day before, day of and day after a Holiday.
